Built in 1930, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom character home welcomes pets and is located in a convenient inner-city Highgate position.
The home offers a living area with split system air conditioning, and a kitchen with gas cooking, an oven, a rangehood and good cupboard space.
The master bedroom has built-in robes, split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite. Two further bedrooms both have built-in robes and split system air conditioning. The main bathroom includes a shower, vanity and linen cupboard.
A sleep out with French doors provides extra space for a study or home office.
At the back, a generous covered timber deck sits under a timber pergola with translucent roofing. It lets in plenty of natural light while giving shelter from the weather, which makes it a lovely spot for outdoor dining, entertaining or relaxing. The rear yard is fully fenced for privacy.
Out front, a classic front verandah and brick pillars add to the home's period charm. There's also a separate laundry with an additional toilet, and parking for two cars (carport plus driveway).
Close to Beaufort Street cafés and restaurants, Hyde Park, public transport and the Perth CBD.

Photo tip: both photos show the current tenant's furniture and belongings. Since the property is advertised as unfurnished, check the tenant is OK with these photos being used in the listing, or reshoot once they've moved out, so applicants don't assume the furniture comes with the house.
