This is benchmark family living on the street that sets all the standards. Standing out even amongst the trophy homes of this highly-sought address, this outstanding four bedroom plus home-office, 3.5 bathroom home is the Gold Standard in family living. Uncompromising by design with grand proportions, soaring voids and deep skylights as the backdrop to a plush north-facing lounge and cool pool-view living-dining, this unparalleled home provides a relaxed first-floor lounge for the kids, and a stone-paved al fresco zone for year-round entertaining.
Adaptably accommodating with a breathtaking master-domain (comprising a glass-cornered bedroom, dual-vanity ensuite and ‘his and hers’ walk-in robes) plus a discreet second suite, this top-level design tops the lot with a walk-in robe for every bedroom, designer fittings (including a freestanding bath) for each fully-tiled bathroom, and luxe stone, timber, tile and black metal finishes throughout.
In this uniquely well-crafted home, a custom Smeg appliance kitchen extends to a bespoke dining bench, a unique butler’s servery opens to the al fresco area, and a streamlined gasfire floats on a stone hearth in a wall of glazed brick. Luxuriously detailed with premium carpet, airy sheer curtains and dual day/night blinds, there’s every practicality from an elite induction cooktop for the kitchen, to climate control for every room, to a ducted vacuum for quick clean-ups, to an alarm and video intercom for peace of mind.
With a creative landscape across approx 622sqm securely fenced grounds, there’s a deep blue pool with dramatic water-feature and auto-gated parking and double garage with room the family fleet. Even the location sets the standard in lifestyle - just a dozen doors to Peterson Reserve, a few minutes’ walk to Sandringham College, and a quick trip to both Highett’s rail strip and Sandringham’s village.
