5 Smith Crescent, HIGH WYCOMBE WA 6057

This is a very cool home, and a few finishing touches away from being totally amazing! Originally it was a 3x1, but has since been extended to include an extra lounge/games room area, as well as a studio often used as a 4th bedroom. The layout works well with a central kitchen flanked by the two main living areas. I really love this kitchen and while it does require some patching up in areas, once it's finished off it's going to look stunning! The outdoor entertaining space consists of an incredible T-shaped gable patio with an outdoor kitchenette! And yes, while some of the paving is currently incomplete, we will include the matching bricks for when you finish it off. The fact that the studio room has direct access to the outdoor kitchen and the laundry area, means that the home has the potential for dual living, with the studio being rented out separately if you don't need to use the 4th bedroom. You also get a shed and side access through a massive carport that could probably fit a caravan without a fuss. So the house is overall, pretty awesome, but he icing on the cake for me is the location! You're only 150m away from the Fleming Reserve, which is not just a park, it's one of the best parks! It has all the cool park things, for all ages. You have a little bit of forest and some oval, plus BBQ area with a load of playground equipment, an outdoor gym, skatepark and even a BMX jumps track! the lifestyle here is ideal for families! You're also within walking distance to multiple schools, shops and the High Wycombe Train Station! This is probably the one! Summary of some cool things: • 700sqm block zoned R20 • 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on how you use them • Two kitchens (main one plus the kitchenette) • Side access • Epic gabled patio • 150m away from the incredible Fleming Reserve It's time to call The Mitchell Brothers Nick Mitchell 0415 833 131 Alex Mitchell 0404 122 943 Water rates: $1,287.89 (approx.)
