64 Pleystowe Crescent, Hendra QLD 4011

Sitting astride a large, flat block of 809m2, this post war home can be rented out for holding income of approximately $600 per week with 8 horses stables at rear that can also return additional holding income. Subject to BCC approvals, this is a prime opportunity for further development to seek a land sub-division of the block in to 2 land parcels. Only minutes from Brisbane airports and approx 7kms from the Brisbane CBD, the area is undergoing a drastic rejuvenation with the construction of many high-end family homes in this Blue Chip suburb.
