87 Twelfth Road, Haynes WA 6112

This land is so well located within the Haynes suburb, close to Haynes shopping centre and Hilbert town centre which is nearly completed. The property rear boundary has the benefits on water frontage to the Wungong brook. The land opposite is proposed as a regional reserve to accommodate the “Wungong playing fields” Haynes and Hilbert are rapidly developing urban precincts. A number of established schools are in this district including a new primary school open this year. Armadale redevelopment scheme no2 describes 12th rd as precinct 12-river b with a number of contemplated land uses. As the Wungong brook flows through the precinct the scheme envisages that development will consist of large low residential lots. Uther more the scheme contemplates 12th rd. as a stylish boulevard serving this area and Wungong playing fields. Has power and bore. Can also apply for subdivision. Excellent investment as a once off opportunity
