Who wouldn't want their own slice of the Grampians National Park? Located in High Road, on 5.2 acres halfway between Halls Gap and Lake Bellfield, the property sits directly below Halls Gaps most iconic lookout the ‘Pinnacle’.
A major project has been undertaken by the current vendor in obtaining a Planning Permit for use and development of two dwellings and associated works and to clear the site in preparation for this. The result is one of the most enviable building sites in Halls Gap, with some of the most spectacular views imaginable.
The land is zoned a mixture of Residential 1 and Rural Conservation and has water, sewerage and power available.
People are making the move to the country and this would be the perfect property to build your dream home. Not limited to just a home site, there is potential for holiday development or retreat accommodation (subject to council approval)
