Centrally located to Heathcote and Nagambie is this large block of approximately 5 acres in Graytown. Formally a gold mining town with gold discovered in 1868, more than 20,000 miners arrived from nearby towns. By late 1870 the gold had all but disappeared and the miners left as quick as they had come. These days the town in almost desserted with only a few families in the area, making it the perfect place to come camping.
