Sold alongside its neighbour at 55 Alva Terrace initially under Put and Call Agreement in late 2024 and officially contracted late March 2026 this home site individually wasn't able to support a development opportunity. By working collaboratively with both 55 & 57 Alva Terraces individual owners, an agreement was met that made it possible to ensure a better outcome for each seller as a group and allow for a feasible site to supply more housing to a market sorely lacking supply.
