Area 2: "E" residual use approx 955m2; Permitted use: Pool, Cabana, Gazebo, Mini Tennis Court and related recreational uses. Permitted with consent of authority (Hills Shire Council) within Zone "E" may include the construction of any portion of a Dwelling, Parent Accommodation, Dual Occupancy, Vehicle Accommodation and the like. Any proposed construction within the "E" restriction area will be subject to an increased BAL Rating which will be determined at Plan Development Stage.
