COVID-19 - Residential Tenancy Agreement
All parties acknowledge and accept that in the event of a COVID-19 -related government imposed lockdown that results in the inability of the parties to vacate or move to the property, the lease commencement date will be deferred by up to seven (7) days from the lifting of said lockdown to accommodate the same. This delay is solely to facilitate revised moving arrangements.
A further deferral required due only to limitations imposed by third parties service providers shall not be unreasonably withheld.
