The block has good access directly off the New England Highway 15kms north of Glen Innes. There is a buffer between the highway and the front of the block due to a strip of TSR that runs along the highway.
The block does have a building entitlement. There is an elevated position towards the rear of the block where you can on a clear night see the lights on the edge of town.
This block is not one for livestock other than a handful as a hobby. Limited fencing on block.
