This home has the makings of a great property. It is very well constructed with 4 living areas, a spacious and functional kitchen with near new wall oven and gas cook top provides the essential ingredients. What property has 4 large living areas imagine what you can do with this additional space. Although the main bathroom is original it has come up as no issues in the building report. The older style carpets and tiles add caricature to the home and can be changed to a more modern style if so desired. The size under roof provides the savvy buyer room to move and to make this home something quite individual. An auction date is yet to be finalised but in the meantime viewings are via the open house of a Saturday.
