GILEAD, NSW 2560

Centrally positioned between Appin and Campbelltown, this outstanding parcel of level land offers over 100 metres of frontage along the busy Appin Road - an ideal location with strong future development potential (STCA). The property sits within the North Appin Precinct of the NSW Government's Greater Macarthur Land Release Area. Located just 900 metres from Ingham Property Group's North Appin land - currently on public exhibition for rezoning to enable the development of 3,000 new homes - the property also lies less than 3 km from Lendlease's Fig Tree Hill residential project, where Stage 1 is almost complete and Stage 2 is already underway. With Appin Road set to expand to four lanes, this corridor is poised to become a key link between the new Western Sydney Airport/Bradfield City and Wollongong/South Coast, making this an exceptional opportunity for the future. Improvements include an existing powered shed and a well-established orchard with mature fruit trees. The land is level, flood-free, and free from native vegetation.
