21 South Terrace, FREMANTLE, WA, 6160

This landmark restaurant has been constantly serving genuine Italian food to the community for 70 years, so it goes without saying that this is an iconic, established, household name. Situated on Fremantle's Capuccino Strip, this business benefits from its prime location and outstanding exposure to all passing along the strip. This restaurant includes all the kitchen equipment needed and boasts a good sized, modern kitchen facility with additional storage spaces. Further, an easy-access shared area at the rear of the restaurant allows for deliveries and space for 2 vehicles. This authentic Italian eatery seats approx. 65 people and has the potential for growth to this already established icon, if you introduce longer trading hours, take- away delivery services and online marketing. Beyond that, do not change a thing as it has been working well for 70 years. Making this site even more unique, is that the lease includes upstairs accommodation rooms which can generate good rental income or suit a 'live and work' scenario. The current configuration of approx. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be changed to suit single living quarters also, presenting an amazing opportunity for a new owner-occupier to move in and redefine 'work-from-home', or sub-lease the accommodation component of the premises. Suits owner operators, partnerships or family run business. Take this once in a lifetime opportunity to own Fremantle's most iconic Italian restaurant.
