Offering exciting affordability in a neighbourhood designed for family convenience and ease, this all original 1960s home offers charming lodgings for those starting out or scaling down or great bones for an extension or easy modernisation.
Surrounded by pretty gardens that invite you to lap up the outdoors, the all original finishes have been lovingly kept in immaculately condition including a spacious living room with bookshelves and display mantel piece, while the kitchen is delightful with extensive yellow cupboards, gas stove and space for a central kitchen table.
A traditional floorplan has 3 bedrooms down a hallway, opposite a bathroom with shower over bath, a separate toilet and a large laundry which could all be reconfigured to provide more space for a large modern bathroom.
On a generous 734 sqm (approx.) allotment that splays out at the rear to provide a large backyard for children to play or for pets, the property provides wonderful space to add a sunroom or extra master suite overlooking the gardens which includes a charming showpiece timber shed and a double garage.
Around the corner from Foodworks, fishnchips and Chinese, and walking distance to Aldercourt Primary School, Wirilda Preschool and several parks, the property will also appeal to investors looking to make a sure-fire addition to their property portfolio.
