Ray White Rural South Australia is proud to present 'Shorts Dairy Block' for sale via Expression of Interest.
'Shorts Dairy Block' represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire a fertile parcel of land in a tightly held and well-regarded farming district, ideally suited to continuing an established and successful cropping program. The property is all arable and divided into three paddocks, making it an ideal addition to an existing farming enterprise or an attractive option for investors seeking a quality rural asset in an area with strong demand for leasing in the area.
Held under the current ownership for 12 years, 'Shorts Dairy Block' has been well managed, with investment in liming and gypsum programs to improve soil conditions and support future production. This considered approach to land management provides an incoming purchaser with the opportunity to benefit from the work already undertaken and build on the property's productive potential.
We welcome your interest and inspection of this quality rural holding.
