E504/17 Bogong High Plains Road

St Falls apartment E504 is a "management-optional" ski-in ski-out apartment at the St Falls complex in Falls Creek whereby the buyer has the freedom to choose to be part of the building's rental pool or to rent it out independently. There is no time restriction on owner use. Measuring approximately 99 sqm with a generous approx 11.6m2 veranda with brand new spa, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is sold walk in, walk out for $1,300,000. This is a pure ski in ski out apartment, that is a single level apartment on level 5, in the East St Falls building. It has a great aspect with lots of natural light and views overlooking slalom plaza, the summit and the sun setting down the valley. Easily accessible with a lift, it offers a good-sized Euro kitchen with stone island bench and plenty of storage. There is a ski locker on ground floor plus some owner lockable storage cupboards built in, so it is ready for a purchaser to exercise the option to rent it out when not in use. St Falls is in an amazing location with one of the main ski lifts outside the doors with a supermarket, post office, childcare, ski hire, retail and restaurants & bars on site. Plus, being able to drive to the door and unpack is a luxury in winter at Falls Creek as well as having access to a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and cold plunge pool. Properties in Falls Creek are exempt from the Victorian Vacant Residential Land Tax.
