If you are seeking a weekend retreat, a rental investment or a place to live, then this property warrants your attention. Meticulously presented and constructed with little maintenance in mind, this superb house is more generous in size than would appear at first glance. Spread over two levels with the living/kitchen/dining area all on the lower level. The kitchen is spacious with loads of bench space and storage, flowing into the dining and lounge area which is warmed by a cosy built in wood heater and the convenience of r/c air conditioning. There are beautiful polished timber floors throughout this lower level. On the upper level are three well sized bedrooms, main bathroom plus ensuite, including a walk-in robe to the master, as well as a rumpus room or even a fourth bedroom. Set on around 1000sqm in a natural bush setting, walking distance to shops and the beach.
