What were the benefits in purchasing this home?
I purchased this home in 2005 because of the convenience. It is a lowset home with no steps, very low maintenance due to the brick construction. I also liked the separate living area and the lovely gardens.
Why are you now selling your home?
At my age, now 95, I am moving onto the next stage in my life and will be moving into a retirement village.
