Ready to be restored to its former glory, this home has been beautiful in the past, but has had a chequered history in more recent years. The property is very much in need of some tender loving care and buyers who can look beneath the surface will find a hidden gem - or knock down and re-build a new gem if desired (stca). This is an excellent opportunity to buy into one of Epping's finest streets, at an entry level price point.
