6/10 Vautier Street

Freshly renovated and perched above the treetops of one of Elwood’s most esteemed streets, this immaculate and sunlit, two bedroom, mid-century classic is the ultimate inner-bayside lifestyle haven, cast between the vibrancy of Ormond Road and the golden expanses of Elwood Beach. One of just twelve and comprehensively updated with an eye for timeless quality, the home’s every corner fills with natural northern light while giving you a great opportunity to enjoy a lifestyle of early morning waterfront exercise, followed by hitting Ormond Road for a coffee or even some impromptu drinks as the sun sets. A subway-tiled kitchen has been updated with stainless steel cooking, a concealed dishwasher and fresh cabinetry, while a bright and airy dining/living room steps out to a terrace where the northern sun lasts all day and the treetop privacy is quite remarkable. The bathroom/laundry is fully tiled and styled to theme with the kitchen, whilst each of the bedrooms is appointed with built-in robe storage and secure intercom entry offers peace of mind, plus you have the year-round comfort of split system heating/air conditioning and rear parking is a genuine prize in this vibrant position. Merely a matter of footsteps from the lapping waters of the beach, this is a rare lifestyle opportunity that is even closer to an endless selection of fine cafes, bars and restaurants up and down Ormond Road, while Elsternwick Park is nearby for some lazy fresh air time and the Yalukit Willam Nature Reserve also offers a surprising sense of sanctuary, plus you have buses nearby, trams on Brighton Road and trains from Elsternwick Railway Station.
