Elevated in a quiet enclave above Sydney Harbour, Margaux is a boutique collection of just eight residences, a love letter to a life well lived in Sydney's finest neighbourhood. A place where time is spent well, and where the harbour is your muse.
Set back from Edgecliff Road above heritage sandstone walls, it offers the rare amenity of a true home, with a perfect north-facing aspect over the harbour and headlands beyond. Created by Clutch, with architecture by PBD, interiors by Decus and landscapes by Myles Baldwin Design, it welcomes those who value quality, privacy and a timeless address.
Generously proportioned and bathed in natural light, each residence features beautifully appointed interiors, with bespoke Walnut or Oak joinery, exotic marble, quartzite and travertine crafted by skilled stonemasons, and elegant parquetry or timber floors. Decus-designed Flemish glass adds a jewel-like touch, echoing the glassy harbour waters.
A statement kitchen with a curved stone island is equipped with premium Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking, and a concealed butler's pantry extends the space for hosting. Outside, a lush pool and spa among towering fern trees, with private cabanas, offers a resort-style escape.
With reserved security parking and lift access to your door, Margaux is moments from the village charm of Woollahra, Double Bay and Paddington, close to fine dining, boutiques, Centennial Park, and train and ferry connections.
