The rear area of the cottage is a large open plan area and still a work in progress and the new owner can finish off to their style. The kitchen area consists of a gas cook top and double sink. There is a storage room off the kitchen also.
Closed in front veranda creates a lovely entrance space.
At the rear of the cottage you will find a shed to house the car.
Water is from a bore.
Walking distance to The Guy Fawkes River and close proximity to the many renowned trout fishing streams. Ebor is the centre of trout fishing country in The New England. A short drive to The L.P. Dutton Trout Hatchery, Point Lookout, and surrounded by National Parks.
Ebor offers conveniences, also all walking distance, including service station, Fusspots Cafe, post office, The Ebor Falls Hotel/Motel and Ebor Primary School. A bus also services schools to Dorrigo.
