11 View Road

There are some properties where the location simply overwhelms everything else, and 11 View Road at Eastern View is one of them. Set in an elevated position with a breathtaking outlook across over the breaking surf and huge expanse of ocean and a world class beach, this is a property that captures exactly why Eastern View is so tightly held. The sense of space and connection with the ocean is immediate, with an extraordinary view that becomes part of everyday life. Whether it is watching the morning light move across the water, seeing the weather roll in from the ocean or simply sitting outside at the end of the day taking it all in, this is a position that constantly reminds you where you are. Importantly, the home makes enjoying this remarkable setting incredibly easy. Set entirely on one level, the residence provides generous accommodation with four bedrooms, including two with their own ensuites, plus a third bathroom. The substantial open plan living area naturally gravitates towards the outlook, allowing the ocean and surrounding landscape to provide an ever changing backdrop to daily life. Large windows draw the view inside, while the outdoor areas provide wonderful places to relax, entertain and simply appreciate a location that would be almost impossible to replicate. Set on a 746sqm (app) allotment, the single level design also provides an ease of living that will appeal across all stages of life. There are no complicated levels or unnecessary spaces to manage, just a comfortable coastal home designed around one of its greatest assets: where it sits. Eastern View has always held a special place along the Great Ocean Road. With the ocean immediately in front and the Otway landscape behind, it offers a wonderful feeling of being immersed in nature while remaining within easy reach of Aireys Inlet and Lorne. Ultimately, however, 11 View Road is about something much simpler. It is about securing an extraordinary position, looking out across that magnificent stretch of coastline and knowing that this is your view to come home to.
