This beautiful parcel of land in the new progressive Logan Shire has 750 metres of deep water river frontage. It contains 2 titles totalling 12.376 Ha currently under sugar cane.
The land is situated close to the Brisbane- Gold Coast motorway, 30 minutes to Brisbane and 30 minutes to the Gold Coast.
Subdivision prospects are excellent given the new major developments approved for the local area and the Gold Coast corridor.
A development approval has just been granted for a $35 m Marina development opposite this parcel of land on the other side of the river.
Among the new developers destined for the area are Jeta Gardens nursing home and retirement villas and apartments estimated around $600m, Australian Multicultural Tourism Village estimated $550m and Alma Park Zoo relocation. Greyhound and Trotting tracks are also proposed in this precinct.
The property is accessible by deep keel boats from Moreton Bay on any tide and ideally placed should a new marina be constructed.
Since the Queensland Government's flood mitigation program has been developed with the Wyaralong Dam and Cedar Grove Weir on the Logan River this land is now remains flood free.
