Beautifully established gardens, mature peppermint trees and a truly inviting outdoor entertaining area create a wonderful sense of privacy and a beautiful connection to the surrounding greenery.
Inside, the home offers three bedrooms and one bathroom, with beautiful plantation shutters throughout and soft sheer curtains in the main living area. The kitchen is well appointed with excellent cupboard space and an island bench overlooking the open plan living and dining area, while overhead fans, reverse cycle air conditioning and a cosy wood fire ensure year round comfort.

The location is what makes this opportunity particularly hard to pass up. A short stroll down Thurstun Lane brings you to the Old Dunsborough foreshore and boat ramp. There is also exciting potential to explore a second storey in the future, with the possibility of capturing ocean views and making an already special address even more rewarding. The beautiful bay coastline provides a scenic walk into the heart of town, with its boutique cafés, artisan shops and dining. Dunsborough Country Club is also within walking distance, with Meelup Regional Park, surrounding beaches, coastal walking trails and mountain bike tracks all close by. Our Lady of the Cape and Dunsborough Primary School are also within easy reach.
Set within the Margaret River wine region, this is a location that so many people dream of calling their own. Whether it's morning walks along the bay, weekends spent on the water or simply enjoying the wonderful sense of community that comes with Old Dunsborough, life here has a certain appeal that is difficult to replicate elsewhere.

A beautiful home, an enviable address and the chance to secure your place in one of the area's most loved pockets. Weekender, downsizer or permanent home, you'll be hard pressed to find a more appealing combination.
