"The cabin" is a quaint 1 bedroom cottage (no council approval) located in the charismatic rural village of Dundurrabin and positioned on a 1/4 acre (1,160m2) gently sloping block.
Gather by a fire pit under the stars and listen to the sound of the rapids beneath or make the most of living within a stone's throw of the water and meander down the path from your back gate to this picturesque stretch of Blicks River, where you will find stunning swimming holes. If you're lucky the turtles, platypus and an array of fish will be evident upon your arrival.
All of the hard work has already been done in the gardens, with existing vegetable patch and an enchanting garden devotedly created by the current owners.
Upgrade and seek approval of the current cabin or build a dwelling to suit your taste (subject to council approval).
