20 Lincoln Street

A refined addition to a quiet inner west cul-de-sac, this family residence introduces a new rhythm to the streetscape with a design that balances style with functionality. Conceived by Habitat Housing and expertly built by Rosewell Construction with landscaping by Going Green, the two-storey home draws on the principles of Japandi design where simplicity meets soul and every detail feels intentional. Warm, tactile and deeply calming, the four-bedroom home balances clean lines, natural materials and beautifully curated interiors to create a sanctuary of calm. Reclaimed brickwork, White Oak floors and oversized windows establish a rich sense of texture and light, while a sculptural pitched roofline and skylights create a dynamic interplay of space and sunshine throughout. At the centre, a honed Turco Argento limestone kitchen anchors open living and dining spaces that flow seamlessly to a landscaped garden with an alfresco entertainer's terrace and sparkling pool. In a quiet yet connected pocket between Dulwich Hill village and Marrickville town centre, this is turnkey luxury designed for the modern urban dweller. - Saturday 4 July12:30 PM – 1:00 PM - A fusion of Japanese wabi-sabi and Scandinavian minimalism - Reclaimed brickwork, engineered oak floors, pitched ceilings - Master suite with makeup station and ensuite - Custom Turco Argento limestone kitchen with a curved island - Butler's pantry, Smeg appliances, gas hob, integrated fridge - Glass-framed living and dining, linear RealFlame gas fireplace - Vergola-covered entertainer's terrace with an outdoor kitchen - Landscaped child-friendly garden with a pool - 650m to Dulwich Hill village and 800m to Marrickville Park - Lewisham Public and Dulwich High School Design catchment - Saturday 4 July12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
