9 Lindsay Place, Devonport

This property in Lindsay Place has had major renovations commenced including a new kitchen and now it needs someone to complete the work and enjoy the benefits. The two bedroom one bathroom home has mostly good timber floors throughout that would come up beautifully with a sand and polish. The Bathroom and bathroom floor needs work but what an opportunity to totally refresh the room. There is a nice little secure backyard and garage or workshop. Located close to The Fourways shopping centre this property would make a great starter home or investment property. • he information contained herein has been supplied to us by sources which are considered reliable and we have no reason to doubt its accuracy.
