“Inviting, comfortable, spacious and open!" As we walked around this large home for the first time, there were a few words we found ourselves repeating again and again.
So many incredible aspects impressed us! The lovely irrigated veggie patch area, sheds and double garage, large pool area and incredible storage spaces throughout the house… but the highlight for me was ascending the vaulted staircase to the huge upstairs living area. Impressive enough on it's own but bettered still by the adjoining covered balcony crowned by an open deck area overlooking the most incredible views of the valley, the city and at times, reflections from the ocean!
Having four kids of my own, means I am constantly sizing up homes for practicality and functionality. Bedrooms with wardrobes, three bathrooms (one straight off the pool area is perfect), space for the trampoline, fully fenced yard, great with climbing trees. If there was a six star rating, this home would achieve it hands down!
There are decades of memories filling the walls of this home. The baton is ready to be passed on to the next lucky family who can build memories for decades to come.
