6/61-63 McLachlan Avenue

There's some serious warehouse wow factor in this harbourside apartment with lofty double-height ceilings, a lush garden outlook and sense of space and serenity that's rare to find in this city fringe hotspot. Hidden to the rear of a boutique block of 10, the dual level apartment is reminiscent of a New York loft with its solid oak herringbone floorboards and sleek Manhattan feel. Take the lift from your showroom-style parking spot and come home to a private sanctuary with floor to ceiling glass bringing in loads of light and a 6m wide terrace as an extension of the living space. Above the pulse and energy of McLachlan Avenue's gallery and dining precinct, on the edge of Rushcutters Bay Park, the two-bedroom apartment offers 120sqm on title and is just 700m to Five Ways village and a 900m walk up to Potts Point and Kings Cross station.
