Lot 3 Bunya Street, Dalby

This is a rare parcel of land given its close in location to the main street and its proximity to The Dalby State School, an established day care centre and Goondir Health offices. The land has an area of 2012m2 which allows for a development that can include a building, landscaping and a carpark. The land is cleared so there will be no cost to remove an un wanted structure. From a development perspective what is the highest use? It could be a potential site for another day care centre. The other potential use would be for unit development as the position is within walking distance to 2 churches, the main street and Myall Creek walking paths. The zoning being Low Impact Residential will see the Council make assessments based on the preferred outcomes for development in that zone. It is likely that Council would allow either Commercial or Unit development on the land given the surrounding properties and current uses but the approval process may be longer. NB.
