Set on approximately 20 acres of picturesque farmland and bushland, Crossover
Retreat offers a rare and versatile opportunity for those seeking a country-based accommodation venture, group facility, or private family sanctuary.
Previously operated as a church and school camp, the property is thoughtfully set up for large-scale accommodation and communal living, with infrastructure already in place.
The main building includes a generous dining area, games room, commercial-style kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom facilities. Offered walk-in, walk-out, the property comes complete with tables, chairs and furnishings — ready for immediate use. A deck extends from the main building, overlooking rolling paddocks and the large dam below, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining or relaxed gatherings. An outdoor fireplace and picnic area further enhance the country atmosphere.

central communal recreation space sits between the two wings, complete with rumpus area and TV room, with convenient toilet facilities at either end. An additional outbuilding provides two extra toilets. Large windows capture views of the play area, basketball court and surrounding countryside.
Beyond the main accommodation, the retreat also features:

• An outdoor chapel space
• Separate games room with pool table and table tennis
• Ladies’ and gents’ toilet block
• Laundry facilities
• Small caretaker’s residence
• Chook pen and established grounds
Services include tank water, septic systems and bottled gas.
• While the property would benefit from some TLC, it presents outstanding potential.
