Occupying a commanding sixth floor position in the iconic Sundeck building, this totally renovated three-bedroom apartment presents as brand new. All rooms open onto sunny wraparound balconies and enjoy views to the west over Cronulla Mall to Gunnamatta Bay, with North Cronulla beach and a variety of quality restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and entertainment attractions just a few footsteps from the front door.
New timber floors flow throughout the living areas and all bedrooms feature quality wool carpets, while the spacious new kitchen is equipped with stone benchtops and quality appliances. Both bathrooms and the laundry have also been very tastefully refurbished.
The open plan living and dining area leads straight out onto a generous, covered balcony ideal for entertaining, while the main bedroom hosts a walk-in robe and glamorous ensuite. The over-sized third bedroom works very well as a second living area, study or guest room.
There’s secure side by side parking for two cars and elevator connection from here to the apartment. The property represents real value for downsizers, buyers stepping up from a smaller apartment or anyone looking to live close to the beach in an ultra-convenient ‘walk to everywhere’ location without taking on a renovation - it’s ‘as new’ and waiting for you.
