6 Stafford Court

Set atop the sought after suburb of Craigmore this 4 bed 2 bath double garage home has something not all northern homes have, a view to the coast. Sitting on approximately 536sqm tucked at the top of a quiet, very private court with other quality homes and excellent neighbours this spot has lots to offer. The home itself is big family 101 with 2 large living areas, the front lounge room set cleverly close to the main bedroom with roller shutter, ensuite and walk in robe creates the ultimate parents retreat and an excellent theatre room option. The remaining 3 bedrooms all with built in robes wrap around the main bathroom giving almost ensuite access to the whole family and are separated so as to provide peace and privacy for their occupants. Our huge open living area boasts enough room for a big family and their friends, a handy dining space and the heart of this home, a large kitchen with metres of preparation space and storage. Out back sits an undercover al fresco area that adds yet another option to either extend the main living area via sliding glass doors or create a spot for a little more separation when needed. A short walk through the landscaped back yard up to the elevated al fresco offers a great spot to sit and read, entertain or dine with friends on our long warm nights we are all hanging out for. There is room for 2 cars undercover behind auto roller doors with room for multiple cars in the driveway. Outside is a combination or coloured concrete and quality landscaping that blend seamlessly with the modern dark tones this home is dressed in. Internally the carpets are all new and walls have been repainted in light neutral decor, with lots of windows offering warm filtered light the home has a clean, bright, modern feel that will put a smile on your face as you enter. A ducted reverse cycle air con system, NBN connection and a self monitored front camera and security door help keep your family safe and comfortable. An excellent example of a modern full sized family home with all the trimmings, a great place for a family a busy couple and an excellent investment option. Not going to auction this home will be for sale after our first open, for any further information feel free to call Nick anytime.
