Welcome to Sacrosanct - Something sacred or too valuable to be changed which perfectly describes 2-40 Melaleuca Lane, Cootharaba - a very special piece of the Noosa hinterland where nature, privacy and a slower way of life come together.
The surrounding landscape is part of what makes this property so special. And perhaps most importantly, this isn't simply a property to the current owners. It has been a deeply spiritual and meaningful place for them.
And now, they're looking for someone who will appreciate it in the same way - someone who doesn't simply want to own acreage, but wants to care for it, nurture it and become its next custodian.

There is approximately 1,300 square metres of cleared land, thoughtfully positioned amongst the surrounding bushland, giving you that wonderful balance of usable space and complete connection with nature.
At the heart of the property is a beautiful two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage including a brand new kitchen with Stone bench tops and soft closing cupboards and drawers. The property includes a reverse cycle air conditioning, along with a combustion heater to keep you warm through winter and cool through the hot summer days. Inside, the home has been designed around relaxed living with an inviting open-plan layout that flows seamlessly outdoors onto the closed in deck where most of your time will be spent.
For those looking for additional space, the 3 bay shed is a real bonus. the first 6x6 bay features its own deck, air-conditioning and insulation, creating a versatile space that could be used as a studio, workspace, retreat, hobby area or simply somewhere to escape and enjoy the surroundings. The property also features 3x12 metre raised garden beds,4 water tanks, ultra violet light (advanced) filtration water system,4 stage filtration septic system and water pumped throughout the property, adding to its self-sufficient acreage appeal.
And this is where the magic really begins.

The property is one of 3 natural forming forests that spreads through the everglades.
