A well-resolved, custom rural residence composed as a series of barn-like pavilions arranged around a planted terrace and pool — a clear architect-led solution that responds to the rolling coastal site. Materials, careful terracing and detailed joinery lift it above standard country houses, though it is a contemporary interpretation rather than a historically significant property.
