The client was referred to Leon by a local agent to help them bid at auction for a property they had found. The purchaser was both inexperience at auction and also wanted discretion for personal reasons so Leon was engaged to bid for them. There were 5 registered bidders and bidding was strong but Leon managed to secure the property for the client.
