Lemnos is located approximately 10km east of Condobolin on the North Forbes road with frontage to the Goobang creek, which supplies water to the township of Condobolin. Although there is irrigation development on this block it has not been used for a long time. (Pump and motor still located on property). There is a 957 meg general security licence and 8 meg stock and domestic licence. Property has been leased for the past 15 years with the focus mainly on running cattle and fodder crops. Prior to that the vendor ran the property as a mixed farming operation with cattle and cropping. The soil type is grey self mulching with a some lighter country on the eastern end.
