Located close to Cobdogla bordered by Schell Road and Spiller Road is an immaculately kept vineyard totaling 16.436 Ha (40.6 acres) with 15.19 Ha (37.5 acres) of vines on own roots & 15 rows of olive trees situated on two sections and to be sold as one property.
Wine grape varieties include;- Shiraz (5.64Ha), Chardonnay (2.42Ha), Merlot (2Ha), Cab Sav (4.61Ha) and Sangiovese (0.52Ha) all full bearing.
Water allocation is 100 megalitres. There is a centrally located combination Steel Framed and Timber Framed 32m x 6 m shed used for storage of plant and equipment, chemicals and a store room with verandah.
Irrigation is by way of mainly drippers assisted by a 5 HP pump. Soil has been tested as Orange/yellow Clay Loam.
The vineyard has been set up for all machine harvesting and pruning. There is a 100% CCW 15 year rolling contract. No plant and equipment is included in the sale and the owners will negotiate on any pre-harvest costs
