Nestled in a close of just 6 units lies this hidden 2-bedroom gem.
With its white, freshly-painted walls and polished wooden floors, this home feels light and airy.
All rooms lead off the hall, with the spacious lounge being first on the right.
The lounge room benefits from the huge window looking out to the front of the property, yet remains private thanks to a beautiful tree in the front garden. A sliding door leads through to the large kitchen/diner. The kitchen cupboards are a neutral shade and the kitchen is illuminated by the large picture window overlooking the back yard. In addition to space for dining, there’s scope for a desk or causal seating too.
The wet rooms separate the living areas and bedrooms. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and a vanity with ample storage underneath. The separate toilet is across the hall, next to the very functional laundry with its sink, storage cupboards, space for washing machine and access door to the back yard.
Both bedrooms are a good size with BIRs, and natural daylight floods through the large windows.
There’s a lot to like about this unit, as it feels clean, bright and surprisingly spacious. The private garage is a bonus, and the upkeep of the outside spaces would be minimal, yet there’s still room to relax outside after a busy day at work.
Furthermore, the handy location (close to shops, parks and Clayton train station and zoned for Clarinda Primary School and South Oakleigh Secondary College) ensures convenient living for the lucky new owners.
