799 Comboyne Road, Cedar Party NSW 2429

As you wander out from Wingham, the views of the escarpment in the distance and the rolling green landscape catches your attention! 'Shillelagh Park' takes in all of these views and offers 42.44ha (104.87ac) of undulating country rolling down to the productive creek flats on the Cedar Party Creek. Currently set up as a horse enterprise with a small paddock layout, it would also easily suit a cell grazing beef enterprise. The property is well watered by an equipped 140ft bore with pump and dam running to a reticulated trough watering system to all paddocks. The comfortable 3 bedroom brick residence sits facing north, overlooking the property with the escarpment as the backdrop! The home sits elevated providing the comfort of being out of a flood zone. Other improvements include a set of cattle yards with undercover crush, undercover round yard, box stables with feed/tack room and vet area. As you will notice the property is well shaded and situated only a few minutes from Wingham township on a bitumen sealed road which makes both ease of management and location are tremendous! Please arrange your private inspection and be impressed by the opportunity that "Shillelagh Park" offers you. Formal offers to be submitted by 5pm on Friday 1st April 2022, if not sold prior.
