Defying expectations at every turn, this Ross Perrett architect-designed masterpiece reveals a new dimension of indulgence within each grand space, set against a rare panorama of rolling countryside, manicured fairways and a dramatic white-water coastline stretching the breadth of the pristine Peninsula.
Directly abutting the 15th hole of The National’s prestigious Old Course, the sense of exclusivity continues inside, where scale and substance are meticulously balanced across two distinct levels. Domed ceilings rise above interconnected living zones, with vast expanses of glass capturing ever-shifting seascapes and golden sunsets.
Culinary excellence is at the forefront in the bespoke kitchen, where a Calacatta marble island is complemented by a sliding appliance nook, Gaggenau in-bench steamer, wok & gas burners, and Miele twin ovens. A dual-sided granite Chiminees Philippe fireplace imbues warmth to the lounge and dining domains, which transition effortlessly to the open pool deck, where an infinity pool links the boundary between sky and sea. An integrated barbecue, sink, and fridge ensure outdoor gatherings unfold across multiple spaces with ease, set to the distant symphony of waves and the ever-changing spectacle of passing ships, soaring eagles, kite-surfers and seasonal whale migrations.
The primary suite is a sanctuary of magnitude and refinement, encompassing a dressing room, twin-vanity ensuite, home office and a bath framed by expansive glazing. From the bedside, storms rolling across Bass Strait from Anglesea are a sight to behold, while rare glimpses of the Aurora Australis set the night sky alight.
Dedicated to rest and wellness, the lower level encompasses two substantial robed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a billiard room with kitchenette/bar and cellar, a home cinema, and gym with sauna, ensuring every member of the household finds their serenity.
For guests or multi-generational living, an entirely separate self-contained studio offers a lounge, kitchenette, walk-in robe, bathroom, and private balcony, promising independence or a lucrative holiday accommodation opportunity. Luxurious appointments include automated blinds, an oversized double garage with ample storage, a dedicated buggy bay with direct access to the 15th hole, a monitored alarm system, and reverse-cycle heating and cooling.
Resting on a prized and peaceful 1-acre (approx) position in the heart of the Peninsula, surrounded by the region’s finest golf courses, surf and bay beaches, fresh produce from Hawkes Farm, world-class wineries in Red Hill, and the charming Flinders Village. Despite its unrivalled convenience, with freeway links ensuring effortless access to the CBD, there is not a house or neighbour in sight, only the hush of nature and the boundless expanse of land, sea, and sky.
