Available weekend 14th/15th November.
$450/wk plus electricity, internet and water (we're on tank water - so it's only necessary to pay for water during dry times). $1800 bond. Pets a possibility, depending on what they are.
2 bedroom, one bathroom, outside car space. Preference is for one tenant, due to being on tank water.
Peaceful acreage with an easy 30 min train trip to city... and a nature, horse and cyclist's paradise! Bike track at the front gate - about 15 minutes ride to Ferny Grove train station (partly on the bike track pictured). Horse agistment is also a possibility $40/horse.
This lovely granny flat has a peaceful outlook to acreage and state forest neighbouring the property. It is adjoined to the main house, similar to a duplex, and has its own separate entrance next to the granny flat's car space.
