Welcome to 9 Mulgrue Court, Cable Beach. This steel frame / Zincalume construction is a four-bedroom two-bathroom home with 2.7m ceilings. Airconditioned throughout, all bedrooms are fitted with built-in robes. The property boasts expansive Broome-style open plan living with a large kitchen and plenty of workspace. The laundry, which is quickly accessible from the living area, is generous and provides great additional storage and two multipurpose benches. The indoor kitchen overlooks the tiled outdoor undercover patio. This outdoor area was designed with entertaining in mind, with a small outdoor kitchen and fans. A shade-sail covers the pebbled saltwater pool which is suitable for all ages due to a shallow end and safety ledges. The pool is guarded by a newly fitted childproof pool fence and can be entered through any one of two self-closing / locking gates. The fence walls off a fully reticulated, lush tropical garden which surrounds the pool and promotes privacy. A glorious breezeway sits between the house and 3 x 6m garage. The garage has dual entry via front and rear roller doors. A double undercover carport lies beyond the garage, with extra parking for a boat or trailer. 9 Mulgrue is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and a meander away from beach trails, parks, and open spaces. The property currently has a periodic lease agreement @$1,100 per week. The tenant is keen to extend and offer a new lease agreement to the buyer. The choice is yours – invest or move in at settlement. If this is what you have been looking for, do not hesitate to call Shama 0488 444 725 or email shama@mortarandsoul.com.au
