Completely private and high above Eumundi, with sweeping views to Mt Ninderry and Mt Eerwah, this extraordinary 19.7acre property is split between open, usable land and private rainforest, with walking trails leading to a secluded feature dam and mini waterfall.
A long driveway winds through established tropical gardens to the single level residence, where vaulted ceilings and expansive glass draw the outlook inside. Open plan living and dining are complemented by a separate media room and gas fireplace, while bi fold doors open the interiors to the surrounding landscape.
A generously proportioned kitchen with a large central island connects easily with the living, dining and outdoor areas while taking in the surrounding outlook.
Four generous bedrooms and three bathrooms include a spacious master suite with walk in robe and ensuite. The additional bedrooms are all double sized, while the main bathroom features a freestanding bath, separate shower, heated towel rails and terrazzo tiled floor. Zoned ducted air conditioning, additional split systems and external blinds provide year round comfort.
Beyond the home lies something genuinely rare. Walking paths and timber retaining walls weave through the private rainforest to a remarkable feature dam with its own fountain and mini waterfall. Purpose built seating has been positioned throughout the rainforest and broader grounds, creating quiet places to pause and take in what has been created. Across the open land are several interconnected dams, one with a large deck overlooking the water. This is not simply acreage with rainforest attached, but an extraordinary private landscape unlike anything else you are likely to find.
The open land supports an extensive subtropical orchard, productive vegetable gardens, native bee hives and three vermin proof aviaries. Bore fed irrigation, automatic watering, ten outdoor taps, abundant tank water and three phase power extending to the bore provide excellent infrastructure across the property.
A separate air conditioned studio with water connected offers flexibility as an artist's studio, yoga space or teenage retreat. Further improvements include a courtyard swimming pool, two car garage, three bay shed, 25.74kw solar, electric gated entry and a second driveway providing vehicle access through much of the grounds.
