This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a wellness centre, a next-generation wellness, recovery, and lifestyle hub. The venue brings training, recovery, sport, and community under one roof, solving the modern problem of a fragmented wellness market. The club is a purpose-built, 572 sqm facility, offering a flexible membership model with weekly memberships and session packs, multiple recurring revenue streams, and strong operating leverage.
Ideally positioned near Crown Perth, Optus Stadium and the exclusive Burswood Peninsula, the business benefits from a high-profile lifestyle precinct and strong surrounding activity.
The business currently operates with a lean and efficient team of three, including the owner, enabling strong operational control and a low fixed-cost structure. The facility is brand new and recently established, presenting a turnkey opportunity with modern infrastructure in place.
Due to family circumstances, the business is being offered for investment or potential acquisition. The owner is open to flexible investment structures, including a silent investor or a working partnership. The business has been strategically designed for scalability, with clear pathways for future expansion, additional locations, or licensing opportunities.
