A smart opportunity for investors, first-home buyers and those looking to secure a brand-new home in one of Townsville’s expanding northern suburbs. Welcome to Burdell – an established and growing residential community within Townsville’s Northern Beaches growth corridor. This house & land opportunity offers a proposed contemporary three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with double-car accommodation, designed for comfortable, low-maintenance living. Importantly, the home is yet to be constructed, giving purchasers the opportunity to secure a brand-new property rather than inherit the maintenance and upkeep that can come with an older home. Designed for Easy Modern Living The proposed home will feature a practical open-plan layout complemented by an under-roof alfresco area, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. The turnkey package includes features such as stone kitchen benchtops, quality appliances including dishwasher, air-conditioning to the main bedroom and living area, ceiling fans, LED lighting, flooring, window coverings, exposed aggregate driveway, fencing, landscaping and turf. For investors, the package has been accompanied by an approximate rental appraisal of $640 per week. This is an appraisal only and is not a guarantee of future rental income; investors should undertake their own assessment of current market conditions before purchasing. For first-home buyers, this could represent an attractive pathway into the market with the benefit of a brand-new, turnkey home. Eligibility for any government grants, concessions, lending products or other assistance will depend upon individual circumstances and the rules applying at the time.
