Set at the end of a private cul-de-sac, 26 Marlock Close is a true statement property. Set in an elevated, private and serene setting, this stunning family home is surrounded by lush gardens for total privacy, whilst still having all the benefits of a larger block for the family to spread out.
The property is set back via a private battle-axe entry, with a separate garage and plenty of off-street parking. There is even private access via double gates to a flat pad suitable for an additional large shed or workshop, or simply the perfect playing field for the kids to kick a ball and play.
The home itself offers four super-sized bedrooms with some of the largest open living spaces you could wish to find anywhere. Carefully designed with separation of space in mind, you can't help but appreciate the foresight that has gone into the design of this home.
As you exit the garage via a short undercover walkway, you are greeted by the stately custom timber entrance door. As this opens, you immediately step into a large open tiled living space that spans the width of the property, with a full wall of glass sliding doors and windows that creates a beautiful setting amongst the trees. This living space opens out to a large covered timber deck overlooking the sparkling infinity-edge pool, all while taking in the perfect northern aspect.
The master bedroom adjoins the main living area in the north-eastern corner of the home and enjoys private access to the pool, a large walk-in robe, and a great ensuite.
The kitchen is set at the other end of the main living area and is one of the largest, best laid-out kitchens you will find anywhere.
A wide open hallway takes you past the second bathroom, laundry, and three additional bedrooms, all of which are an exceptional size. To the rear of the home is a very large private living area. This area was originally set up as a large work-from-home space and has private access for clients who may visit. It would also make a wonderful studio or fantastic kids' play area.
The home really does offer everything you could wish for in a large family home, all set within moments of Maroochydore and within walking distance to local schools and shopping.
