Home with 12 bedrooms and potential Bed and Breakfast https://www.airbnb.com/slink/mAoWiNPJ
The Lodge has been a rustic home to large families or groups traveling through the Central highlands of Tasmania.
It was the original hospital in the Hydro town
It was gutted and rebuilt a few years ago with everything built to BCA code and approved by Central Highlands Council.
Previously Airbnb guests enjoy the 12 bedroom accommodation and having long lunches around the huge dining table while seated on church pews.
Perfect destination for trout fisherpeople and bushwalkers
Spacious bedrooms each with key lock
3 bathrooms, multiple toilets and showers
This would make an ideal business and home for a retiree ready to sit back and welcome guests.
The adjacent block of land is also available at offers over $145,000. Being the site of the old chalet the block has all services and is 1.228 hectares. Perfect for a Grey Nomad site for Campervans etc.
Enjoy all the Central Highlands has to offer in summer and winter.
